Palm Cay is a collection of luxury beach-side properties in The Bahamas. They came to The Marketing Garage with the goal of generating more interest and ultimately selling more homes.
The Problem:
Palm Cay’s most popular page, “Homes” was missing photos and information, which meant users were leaving the site before exploring the properties at a deeper level. This is a crucial action before a potential buyer considers a half-million dollar second home.
The Solution:
We designed a new landing page with updated visuals that would show off the property as a whole then feature the individual home options down below.
After a brief overview paragraph, the page was designed so that the potential buyer could quickly see more detail about the home options available to them.
We ensured that consistent call-to-actions were placed throughout the page, each one allowing a potential buyer to dig deeper into the details of the home of their choice. These were designed as bright green buttons so that they pop off the blue colour scheme of the page.
